This homely cottage welcomes you to the heart of north-east Suffolk.

Garden Cottage sleeps 4 - 6 people (plus space for a cot) in a comfortable house thoughtfully created from clever renovations of several buildings, to include a downstairs bedroom and two bathrooms (see floor plan). There are beams and other attractive features throughout with plenty of natural light provided by numerous windows. Linen, towels, fuel, power and central heating are all included.
Garden Cottage is accessed by its own driveway from the A1120 and stands in its own garden and grounds. The paved area to the rear and the courtyard to the front offer opportunities to use the garden furniture and mobile barbeque, enjoying the great outside space which comes with this cottage.

Within the grounds you can stroll, relax and enjoy the local birdlife and wildlife whilst being close to many of the attractions of the area. This is an excellent location with the countryside on your doorstep and the beautiful coast just a short distance away. Local attractions include the RSPB's Minsmere Nature Reserve, the Long Shop Museum at Leiston, Framlingham Castle and Easton Farm Park.

Storage sheds will accommodate bicycles for those who wish to bring their own cycles, while walkers will enjoy exploring the network of local Public Footpaths. Tourist information is provided at the cottage to help you plan your stay.
